Schedule Appointments Online

Because the Esthetician and Reiki Therapist handle both the day's services and emails, we highly encourage you to use our online booking system to schedule and manage your appointments. The secure online system will allow for appointments up to 2 hours prior and up to 90 days in advance. For last minute bookings please text 619-204-7174 to inquire, and we'll do our best to get back to you in between appointments. 

 

When booking an appointment online, make sure to complete ALL steps of the booking process. Your appointment request goes directly to the service provider and when they approve, you will receive a confirmation text or email. 

Cancellation Policy

We operate by appointment only, which means that your reservation time is booked just for you. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, we do request you give us 24 hours notice. 

More than 1 hour duration or multiple services is required 48h notice or 50% charge of service with 24 hours notice.

SAME DAY CANCELATIONS or NO SHOWS may result in a 100% CHARGE OF THE SERVICE at the discretion of the service provider.

Please be considerate to your Esthetician and Reiki Therapist, and other clients needing that time that is set aside for you.

 

Discount Vouchers

We will happily accept your discount voucher if valid. You may purchase the offer price in our spa if you wish.

Please note that only ONE voucher is valid per client and for the 1st time for that specific service ONLY

NO EXCEPTIONS.

 

Any appointment booked with a voucher must be canceled or rescheduled 24 hours before the scheduled appointment or else it will be marked VOID.
